Spice Nails & Spa is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

1. REFUND

  • There is NO REFUND for any type of services or gift certificates,

2. GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • All gift certificate purchases are final sale and NO REFUND. Gift certificates can only be used on services provided by the salon, it cannot be used to get another gift certificate. Unfortunately we cannot replace your gift certificate if you have lost it.

3. NAILS FIX

Regular polish

We are not guarantee for any regular polish has been chipped off since you left the shop.

4. Shellac (Gel Polish)

If your nails somehow chip off within 7 days of your service we are more than happy to fix it for you. In order for the complimentary fix, it is your responsibility to contact us within that time frame. You can email us or message along with a picture of your nails or you can come in person. We will fix the nails that have not lasted with the color you originally chose. There is a fee for a new colour.

5. Nails Extension

We will fix the broken nail free of charge within 7 days of getting your nails done. You will have to contact us within that time frame and provide a picture or come into the salon. Again, the nail fix will be the same color you originally chose. If you decide to go with a new color, there will be a fee.

7. BOOKING

If you are book for 2 people and up, we are require $50 deposit to secure your spot to avoid NO SHOW in last minute.

8. Late arrival

15 mins policy: please give us a call if you are running late no more than 15 mins, If you are late more than 15 mins, your appointment will be cancel or re-schedule to other times.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, please let us know in advance so that we can book other clients accordingly.

9. Cancellation

Spice Nails & Spa allows cancellation at any time without penalty. We respectfully request that you give us at least 2 hours notice.
Cancellations can be done by calling into our nail salon, or if you had used our online booking system, you have the option of cancelling your appointment through that booking system or through your email, or leaving a voicemail if outside of salon hours.
By notifying us as early as possible, we are able to fill your spot.

10. NO Show

f a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay for the 20% of their service booked previously and will need to pay a deposit upon next appointment. Clients that "no show" more than once: Must prepay full amount of service upon any appointments booked.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified if necessary.
